About Project

The main entrance to the building is located at the intersection of Severnaya and Oktyabrskaya streets. In addition, there is an entrance to the complex from the southeast, where the site is adjacent to the buffer zone of the tower Shukhov. The project provides for the renovation of the Shukhov tower as well as for the organization of an open area, for it to be the combining factor of both areas of the complex.

In order to create a single shopping and entertainment complex the projected building was connected to the existing mall “Gallery Krasnodar-1” with an overhead crossing, passing from the second and third floors, over the roadway and the pedestrian part of the Rashipilevskaya street.

The project comprises of a 3-storey building with an open parking on the roof, from which access is provided by means of escalators and elevators to the first and second floors of the shopping center as well as the underground floor under the southern part of the building. The building is located within the boundaries of the allotted site and has facilities, ensuring easy access for people with disabilities, both from the parking area and from the street.
