LSR Group is a Russian company operating in the field of building materials production, real estate development and construction since 1993.

The architects were faced with the task of creating a cozy, comfortable office without a strict hierarchy, with a coffee point and a personal bathroom for each floor. A large kitchen was designed on the third floor, designed for several departments at once.

The building where the office is located is located at the beginning of Nevsky Prospekt opposite the Hermitage building. It was necessary to create a strict laconic interior, corresponding to the spirit of the classical era.  

Conceptual St. Petersburg minimalism is expressed by a strict neutral palette and diluted with elements of natural shades: dark green curtains, wooden panels in meeting rooms, cupboards in coffee shops and round lamps resembling the rings of Saturn.

As a decoration, the acoustic panels throughout the office depict the architectural points of attraction of St. Petersburg: Kazan Cathedral, drawbridges, etc.

The elevator halls and corridors also have a strict palette: white walls and gray tiles contrast perfectly with black patterned railings, lamps, door frames and windows.
