The Krasnaya Ploshchad tourist complex and yacht marina in the village of Bolshoye Goloustnoye is a multifunctional complex to be located on the shore of Lake Baikal, 82 km from Irkutsk.

Initially, the client had a request to design only the festival facility.

However, in the process of work it became clear that the complex should include not only festival, but also port and tourist infrastructure. This solution will make the complex, firstly, the most commercially attractive, and secondly, it will set the vector of development of the territory of the village for years to come.

In addition to taking into account the functional and commercial components, we also paid close attention to the context of the area. The principles of planning solutions characteristic of traditional local architecture were incorporated into the project. The zoning of the tourist complex is arranged on the principle of the Buryat yurt - where there is a center (hearth), here it is the inner water area of the marina, around it - a pedestrian promenade and several functional zones that organize the space and allow you to use it most appropriately. In addition, the complex is to be built using local materials.

The multifunctional complex in the Bolshoye Goloustnoye settlement has already been approved by the Government of the Irkutsk Region.
