About Project

The goal for the reconstruction of the Moscow Land Committee building is to expand and refine this administrative structure. This aim dictates its architectural qualities as well. The pragmatic, dry approach to the facades, based on the alternation of horizontal articulations of two colours, reflects the internal structure of the building. The superstructure on the roof is set slightly back from the surface of the facade, thus disguising the structure's height in this area of historical buildings.
