A five-storey complex with a total area of 35,000 square meters will be built in Vladivostok on the Nizhneportovaya street.
In the complex there are places for trade, administrative and office premises, catering facilities (cafes, bars, buffets, food court) and two-level underground parking.
The plane of the facade in the deaf part is ribbed, is a horizontal panel, each of which, "turning", smoothly passes into the stained glass panels of the facade. The general form of the facade above the level of the second floor is created by smoothly conjugate conical and cylindrical surfaces. The most complex surface is formed in the area of the atrium, creating an interesting interior space with the opening of the view of the golden horn.
Between the projected building and the existing marine terminal building, as part of the works on the improvement of the adjacent territory, an open pedestrian crossing is envisaged, with the help of the attached viaducts.
Multifunctional complex is the first of the proposed by ABD architects as the element to change the sea facade of Vladivostok.
The main task of the project was to combine several different functional areas, so that together they would create an integral and comfortable environment.
