ABOUT THE APART-HOTEL
HILL8 is a multi-storey apart-hotel complex located in the heart of Moscow, just a two-minute walk from Alekseyevskaya Metro Station. The building forms a striking silhouette along Mira Avenue and harmoniously integrates into the existing urban fabric of the district.
ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION
The architectural appearance is based on a clear modular façade structure and a logical volumetric-spatial composition. The lower floors are emphasized with natural marble cladding, giving the building a solid and elegant character.
PLANNING AND FUNCTIONAL ORGANIZATION
The functional structure of HILL8 is focused on comfort and privacy. The building accommodates 294 fully finished apartments - ranging from compact to spacious units with panoramic windows and high ceilings. Direct access from the two-level underground parking to the residential floors separates vehicular and pedestrian flows.
Special attention is paid to security, engineering systems, and service organization - all solutions are aimed at creating a sustainable and convenient living environment in an urban setting.
SUSTAINABILITY AND ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
HILL8 was designed as an energy-efficient and environmentally responsible building. The complex has received BREEAM certification at the Very Good level, which confirms high standards in material selection, engineering equipment, and indoor environmental quality.
The project utilized BIM technologies and energy modeling. Climate control systems are provided by leading brands: YORK, BOSCH, and DNH.
IMPACT
HILL8 reflects our approach to design, in which architecture is shaped by the local context while remaining relevant through modern spatial and engineering solutions.
