The company "TPS Real Estate" started today  the second stage of building of the shopping center "Gallery Krasnodar". After the facility is put into operation in 2013, the SEC will become one of the largest shopping complexes in the Southern Federal District of Russia. The total area of two stages of the shopping center "Gallery Krasnodar" will be 145 thousand square meters, rental - 65 thousand square meters.

The shopping center "Gallery Krasnodar" is located in the very center of the city at the intersection of the two main thoroughfares of the city - Severnaya and Krasnaya streets. The second part of the shopping center will be built near the current building. Both parts of the complex will be connected by a pedestrian bridge. The second phase of construction involves the construction of 51 thousand square meters.
