The project of the Technopark on Verkhnyaya Syromyatnicheskaya street has received an architectural and urban planning decision
New multifunctional center with an area of 17,500 sq.m. will be located within walking distance from the Kursky railway station - one of the centers of business life in Moscow. The modern building combines several functions. It consists of two different heights: offices will be placed in the eight-story part of the building with panoramic glazing, and a public services center, a shopping gallery and restaurants will be located in the two-story part there.
The project of Technopark on Verkhnyaya Syromyatnicheskaya Street received an architectural and urban planning solution in February 2020.
