Technopark multifunctional complex successfully passes certification according to the British environmental standard BREEAM.

The Technopark project will be assigned a BREEAM Very Good target rating. Only four completed projects received a similar level in Moscow.

ABD Architects managed to get a high coefficient of useful commercial space – 24.5 thousand square meters out of 32 thousand square meters. m. Offices are located from 3 to 12 floors. In addition to the practicality of spaces, wellbeing solutions have become an important component. Thus, a public space with access to the terrace is planned for residents and guests of the complex on the 13th floor. Private terraces are also designed for some offices. The shopping gallery on the ground floors became the final element of the local infrastructure of the project.
