16th February ABD architects, together with magazine «Administrative Director», held a free educational seminar for administrative directors «Effective new office: the subtleties of design, economics and exploitation». In 2015, the company ABD architects moved to a new office located in BC «ARMA». The total leased area of new office space has not exceeded 700 sq. m. but the number of work spaces and meeting rooms has increased and co-working space was set up, while maintaining a comfortable environment for employees.

Taking the new office as an example of a realized case, the ABD architects experts introduced the participants of the consolation workshop to the approach of creating an effective office, spoke about the current situation in the office market, the cost of implementing new office projects and specialties in organization of contemporary space and optimization of operating costs.

The seminar included a tour of the office, a detailed analysis of the case, as well as a presentation on the sq. m. of construction costs made by Denis Kuvshinnikov.
