WILO RUS received the LEED Gold Certificate for sustainable construction
The WILO RUS interior project, designed by ABD architects, received a LEED certificate for green building.
As a result of certification, the facility scored 64 points, the energy efficiency of the facility was 25.09%. The facility was certified at the Design and Construction stage.
Currently only 21 objects are is certificated in Russia by "green" standards of LEED system. The project was implemented in 2016, the architectural bureau - ABD architects, the consultant was Cushman & Wakefield, Russia, LEED Consultant - Bureau of Technics.
