HILL8 - the multifunctional complex of premium-class apartments won in the nomination "Architecture of multifunctional complexes" at the regional stage of the European Property Awards 2018 (Russia) of the competition International Property Awards.

The history of the International Property Awards is 27 years old. Projects participating in the competition are evaluated by an independent group of 80 experts from around the world. The Judicial Commission is headed by four representatives of the Upper House of Lords of the Parliament of Great Britain. Judges evaluate projects according to the following criteria: design, quality, infrastructure, innovation, originality of decisions and commitment to sustainable development. This year more than 180 projects participated from Russia. The award ceremony will be held on October 25 in London. 

HILL8 is a modern 15-story building located 2 minutes walk from Alekseevskaya metro station in the center of Moscow. The multifunctional complex has 294 apartments with total area from 35 to 130 sq.. m. In the fit out of the first three floorsthere is natural Jurassic marble is used. Final realization of the project is planned for the 4th quarter of 2020.
